THE YIN YAN There are two very clear ideas: That of opening up to others and receiving and that of meeting in a space of trust and intimacy. These two ideas are OPPOSITE and COMPLEMENTARY, just as in YIN YANG, which are two opposite energies that need and complement each other, the existence of one depends on the existence of the other. It is a symbol of harmony due to the balance produced by the interaction of the two energies.
